After years supporting the accounting for growing businesses at a CPA firm and then in corporate finance, I saw firsthand the back-office challenges companies face as they scale. Many had outgrown basic bookkeeping but weren't ready for a full internal finance team. Sandhill was built to bridge that gap by providing experienced accounting professionals who become an extension of each client's business.
